Sorry Everyone!

I took the weekend off and now I have many good stories to share.

On Friday night after M came home S and I snuck out for some Mommy time and ran errands and got pedicures! Very naughty! We came home, grabbed the fam and headed out to a great cinema grill for the new movie Evan Almighty and dinner. Both were great. J thinks the dinner and a movie thing is the best idea EVER! Especially since they served chocolate milkshakes! K also did some more work to help out the dentist by loosing ANOTHER tooth- this time while watching the movie. She is scheduled to have 7 teeth removed when we get back to MD, but she has already worked that down to 5!

Saturday M woke up with a bit of a cold so while I went to re certify on CPR (Oops? That expires at the end of which month?!) M, S and kids worked on getting extra crispy around the pool in a day of fantastic weather. It was by far the prettiest day we had in Dallas weather wise- not too hot, not too buggy, light breeze and clear skies. We spent the day poolside, walked down to the park to feed the fish and turtles, M grilled burgers and then we watched a family movie up in the media room. RV- the verdict- funny, but rental funny.

Sunday was a big day out where we loaded up the kids in the mighty Mountaineer, M racked out in the way back and we drove to Dinosaur Valley State Park and the Fossil Rim drive thru-zoo. The three photos are from Dinosaur Valley where J proved he was part billy goat and K and L played in the water and they all searched for cool rocks and fossils bringing back about half of the clam shells in the river. Next time we will have to go back with bathing suits, inner tubes and camping gear.
