The balcony is so amazing. A strong breeze off the ocean and shade after noon makes the balcony the perfect place to sit, read, eat or hang out. The pelicans like to sit on the roof so they will come a few feet from the balcony. Amazing to watch as they ride the updraft coming off the building.
