Federal Reserve of Missouri

Alongside the park was a huge building so I went to investigate- it was the Fed of the MidWest. I saw the statues out front and couldn't think who would be out front. The dress made me think it was not Alexander Hamilton! Of course, statues were part of ... wait for it... A FOUNTAIN!
