Who is that guy again?  Oh yeah, Biden.  Joe went first and because he pick Stevens it went flawlessly.  Next came Roberts who tried to get all fancy pants and memorize the oath.  At the time I was not sure if he said it wrong or their was some skip in the audio.  The jumbotrons were not in perfect sych with the audio and occassionally they would blink off (causing panic) but they would pop back on in a few seconds.
