You are having such a great trip!!!! I want to see every place you have seen (but you've done such a good job it is almost like being there!) Was Kahea's perfect day (tv) just a wish or did she get to do it?
At one point Keli said she found the week at Bethany stressful because there was no tivo. (Don't tell her I told you). I guess that ranks right up with divorce or job loss or death as a major life stressor!
Loved the tatoos too. Was the "bowl"? an art deco sculpture that Kahea liked? I liked the badmitton birdie too! Keep it coming!!!
We are also missing the Tivo. We find that we can't watch TV with the annoying vinyettes that keep interupting our programing so aside from one episoded of SuperNanny we have stuck to movies on the DVD player and tv shows Chris sends me for the laptop.
The museum had a whole progression of rooms, furnishings and serviceware from every different design period. That bowl is one of the many Art Decco pieces K like. She also like rococo furnishings, but did admit they were a little over the top for our house.
I loved the Manet...huge and beautful. K played Vanna White for you so you could show us all that cool stuff.
